A bright morning in the land of Tanbogakure. The sky was as clear as crystal, the weather a soothing feel for the inhabitants of the village. The Horned boy had been tasked with a very delicate mission, of which the chances of success is low. However, it appears that the Ushitora will not be taking this mission alone, and as delicate as this mission is, success is paramount, as a failure in this mission mean lost of lives and properties. The twenty-three-year-old red-haired had spent the past few days preparing for this mission. He had gathered most of the intel needed for the mission. What was left was for him to meet with the other teammate(s) so they can begin the mission.


The Horned Master would be dressed in his usual red cloak, underneath which a mesh net shirt is worn, coupled with red pant and red shinobi sandals. However, unlike his usual routine, the Ushitora would not have his mask on. Sakurai wears a white mask mostly when in public, and of course, this mission deals with relating with many people, as there has been a few dispute between the citizens and shinobis because of some past issues. Perhaps the reason the horn master was dressed unmasked was so that he would not scare away the people he ought to relate with, with his weird looking mask.
Well, Sakurai, fully prepared for the day, would head out to meet the other member.



Fast forward...



The ocean blue eyed Ushitora would arrive at a tree would lot of branches, the branches were long, thick and wide enough to block the sky from his sight while underneath them. Here, the handsome looking, ever ready, horn master would await his teammate(s).

Kaiya would wake up early and get dressed in some simple mission clothes and put her head band on because she knew she might have a mission today.  She would receive her orders to work with the vagabond again she would say “That ought to be interesting. It was fun to work with him last time so I do not see why this time should be any different.” she would make some lunch not knowing how long or what the mission would be.

She would be walking through town and see a lot of ruckus on the other end of the market square.  She was curious to see what was going on but she was already running late to the meeting point under a tree near the academy but she took a tad bit too long to get ready and would see the red hair and the red cape. He was a grown and strong man with horns but he seemed nice enough.

“Hello Ushitori it is a pleasure to see you again and to be working together.  Do you have any idea what our mission is today?”

Sakurai would watch as his teammates for the mission approached his location. The ever-ready horned master was glad that his teammate has arrived at the scene. She would greet him, to which Sakurai would greet back. The curious teammate would ask if Sakurai have any idea what their mission is today.
Does it mean the viperis is not aware of the mission details, and yet she's dressed up to take on something she doesn't know a thing about? or is she merely asking Sakurai so she can hear what the boy has to say?


“Yeah. So, about the details of the mission, I will read out loud, so we can both plan how to go about the mission”. Sakurai would say with a pause, and then he would continue,  “A relic has been unearthed in the Konashi ocean and it is said to date before the eruption cataclysm event. It is said to be a sword made of pure jade and carries with it an extreme pressure that can bring grown men to weep and women and children to beg for mercy. Unfortunately there was a female missing ninja, known as “nightingale” that caught wind of this and went out herself to steal the relic. When she touched it, something resonated and she was able to wield the weapon without issue but also able to use its abilities against her enemies. You must stop Nightingale and recover the relic intact.
If it breaks the mission will fail”


“That is the details of the first mission, we have to recover that relic and ensure that it does not break.  Permit me to read the details of the second mission from this scroll.”


“That was the last straw…a shinobi has been complacent in the unfortunate death of a civilian worker that was caught in the crossfire in a battle…has fired up the hearts and fighting stances of the people. The centerpiece is the mother of the civilian killed, and as such she is guarded at all times which has led to some more fighting amongst the villagers and shinobi. Your job is to sneak in and try a more diplomatic approach.

We are looking for peace…not a martyr. If any more civilian villagers die or the mother or the family of the dead are wounded you will fail the mission.”




“ So, what we need to do here is to try and resolve this issue diplomatically. I believe we can. We should find a way to solve the ongoing dispute between the civilians and the shinobi. However, I would suggest we start with the first mission, as the second one might take longer to complete, or  what do you think?” Sakurai would ask. Since this is a team work, the viperis opinion is needed, as two are better than one.
